Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

We want the Cortex to earn its place in your business. Here's how refunds work for paid plans.

Monthly subscriptions

• First payment: if you're not happy, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full.
• After that: monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged after you cancelled, contact us and we'll refund the incorrect charge.

Founding and promotional rates

Founding rates are tied to an active subscription. If you cancel and later return, current pricing applies.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Memberships and events

If your Cortex access is included with a Brotherhood, mastermind or other Brand X program, that program's own terms govern refunds.

How to cancel or request a refund

Text or email us using the contact details below with the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your Cortex

Cancelling or getting a refund moves you to the Free plan. Your saved brain is not deleted.
